Product structure characteristics
A check valve is an “automatic” valve that is opened for downstream flow and closed for counter-flow.Open the valve by the pressure of the medium in the system, and close the valve when the medium flows backwards.The operation varies with the type of check valve mechanism.The most common types of check valves are swing, lift (plug and ball), butterfly, check, and tilting disc.Products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, chemical fertilizer, electric power, urban construction and other industries pipeline system.
Check valve can be divided into lift check valve, swing check valve and butterfly check valve three kinds.Lifting check valves can be divided into vertical and straight – through two.Swing check valve is divided into single – valve, double – valve and multi – valve type three.Butterfly check valve can be divided into butterfly double flap, butterfly single flap, the above several kinds of check valve in connection form can be divided into thread connection, flange connection, welding and clamp connection four kinds
