Taike valve-products backflow preventer

Product Features:

1. Ordinary type can be installed vertically and horizontally.

2. Safety level installation, the site environment should be clean, there should be enough maintenance space, the safety drain or (air blocker) outlet is greater than 300M M above the ground, and it is not submerged by water or debris.

3. Drainage facilities should be installed in the installation area.

4. A gate valve (butterfly valve) and rubber soft joint (or expander) should be installed before the valve, and a gate valve (butterfly valve) should be installed after the valve. If the water quality is poor, a screening program should be installed before the valve.

Detailed Description:

The anti-fouling isolation valve with filter is composed of two separate check valves and a hydraulic transmission to the drain valve. The first check valve body is equipped with a filter screen. Due to the local head loss of the check valve, the pressure in the intermediate cavity is always lower than the pressure at the water inlet. This pressure difference drives the drain valve in a closed state, and the pipeline normally supplies water. When the pressure is abnormal, (that is, the pressure at the outlet end is higher than the core cavity), even if the two check valves cannot be reversely sealed, the safety drain valve can automatically open to empty the backflow water and form an air partition to ensure upstream The water supply is sanitary and safe.

technical parameter:

Nominal pressure: 1. 0~2. 5M Pa

Nominal diameter: 50-60m m

Applicable medium: water

Applicable temperature: 0~80℃

Use occasion:

Backflow preventers are generally used in the following situations:

1. The intersection of the drinking water pipeline and the connected non-domestic drinking water (fire fighting, production, irrigation, environmental protection, sprinkling, etc.) pipelines.

2. The municipal tap water is connected to the water outlet of the user close to the user’s water meter.

3. Water floods the pipe at the outlet of the water supply pipe.

4. On the suction pipe of the drinking water pipe connected in series with a booster pump or multiple types of booster equipment.

5. The drinking water pipe network of various buildings and the pipes that do not allow the medium to flow back in production.
