Design & Manufacture Excellence:

Our angle seat valves boast end flange dimensions compliant with JB/T 79, ASME B16.5, and JIS B2220 standards. The thread ends are meticulously designed to meet ISO7-1 and ISO 228-1 specifications, while the butt weld ends conform to GB/T 12224 and ASME B16.25. For versatile connectivity, our clamp ends are compatible with ISO, DIN, and IDF standards.


Rigorous Testing for Unmatched Reliability:

Each valve undergoes a comprehensive pressure test as per GB/T 13927 and API598 to ensure its integrity under various operational conditions. The specifications include:

•  Nominal pressure ranging from 0.6 to 1.6 MPa, 150LB, 10K

•  Strength test conducted at PN x 1.5 MPa

•  Seal test performed at PN x 1.1 MPa

•  Gas seal test at 0.6 MPa


Material & Compatibility:

Crafted from superior materials such as CF8(P), CF3(PL), CF8M(R), and CF3M(RL), our valves are designed to handle a variety of mediums, including water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, and acetic acid. They are engineered to operate flawlessly within a temperature range of -29°C to 150°C, catering to a wide array of industrial applications.
